Floor: One room in a single storey chalet with NO kitchen. Fully carpeted, private washroom, 2 chairs, electric kettle, glasses and 2 bottled drinking water; No kitchen and no towel provided. Tenancy: 2 adults maximum (the 3rd adult will be charged RM50). Beds: 1 queen size bes Facilities: Bedroom currently has TV; Electric kettle, glasses and 2 bottled drinking water; In the case of tenants not more than 2 adults, you can pay RM50 for an extra bed.. Child Price: Children under 12 may stay for free if accompanied by a guardian, but not too many children please. Note: The floor is carpeted floor, please bring your own socks and cotton shoes according to your own need.
The car park is located right outside the chalet, making it convenient to move your luggage;
Shower room offers body soaps and water heater (please bring your own towels and toothpaste, toothbrush, you can buy towel from our housekeeper if necessary);
To prevent any unpleasant, please clarify all guests at the time of booking honestly regarding the number of adult and children.
(In the case we had not received any notification, and if the administrator considers that the number of children will interfere with other tenants’ peace and harmony, we reserve the right to refuse the entry of the group of customers and confiscated all the rent paid.)
